বাঙাল বেগুন পোড়া/ Mediterranean egg plant salad

cchotobelay ma ( borishaler meye) khub korto, kono ranna mathay na ele, begun pora. begun porate to sobai janis. ekta dik ektu chire gas er opor bosiye, chamra pure kalo hoye jabe, bhetore beguner jol thosthos korbe, ei obosthay namiye , thanda kore, kalo pora chamra cchariye fel. er por, ma jeta korto: peyaj kuchi, lonka, shorsher tel, chini , nun, dhone pata diye makha hoto. ranna kora hoto na kintu. mane, ekhon amra jeta begun bhorta khai, ota korai te tel diye ranna kora. rosun ada peyaj diye, tomato diye. somproti mediterranean onchole giye khelam, ekta salad, hubohu mayer kora oi begun porar kacha makhar kotha mone koralo. setate sudhu sorsher tel er bodole olive oil dibi , extra virgin. ar tomato kucchi, peyaj kuchi, dhone pata kuchi, lonka kuchi icchemoto porimane, beshi kore dilei bhalo. onekta lebur rosh, nun , chini. byas. asadharon mukher swad firiye deya , chotjoldi khabar. keno je loke galagali dey, begun pora khao!!!
