Sahoj Lau Chingri

Lau jhiri Kore kete nebe, chingri mache Khub alpo halud r noon diye mekhe alpo nerey cherey niye alada rakhbey,eibar pan e alpo tel debey, karon lau te tel beshi dile Bhalo hoyna.

 Tate kalo jire r peyanj foron debey, foron bhaja hole lau chhere noon diye nere chapa debey,majhe majhey nere debey, lau seddho hole Jwal chharbe, ar kintu chapa debey na, jwal ta sukiye gele chini debey poriman moto ar kancha lonka chire debe,Chingri tao, eibar nere makha makha holey jodi dhonepata khao diye namiye garom garom poribeshan karo.

      Thanks SRUBAN for trying my recipe.....
      Sometimes I also put some milk when I make 'DUDH LAU' without 'CHINGRI'..
      BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY APPRECIATE UR "HATKE" MODIFICATION
